This is the canonical origin of the world's first billionaire-president-superhero. All events are fictional. All resemblance to real geopolitical incidents is coincidental and definitely not legally actionable.
I. THE INCIDENT
In an undisclosed conference room outside Atlantic City, the candidate was struck by debris from a chandelier rumored to belong to Stark Industries. Shrapnel lodged near the heart. Doctors gave him 48 hours.
II. THE REACTOR
Held in the basement of one of his own resorts (it's complicated), he assembled an arc reactor from a discarded gold-plated toilet, a Rolex, and a leftover MAGA hat power bank. The reactor stabilized his vitals and replaced his heart with 108% pure American confidence.
III. THE SUIT
The Mark I was crude — sheet metal from an Atlantic City casino sign, repulsors built from spray-tan canisters, helmet hand-painted in two coats of Imperial Gold. It flew. Mostly downward. But it flew.
IV. THE MARK XLVII
By 2026, the suit had been refined to its current form. Onboard A.I. (J.A.R.V.I.S. — Just A Rather Very Intelligent Statesman) handles speeches. The repulsors run on tariffs. The flight is unilateral. The launch is on Solana.
